CLEVELAND, OH, August 4, 2026 – AgileBlue, an AI-Native Security Operations (SecOps) Platform, announced today the launch of its Incident Readiness Program (IRP), a new subscription designed to eliminate the delays organizations face when standing up digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) support during an active breach. IRP gives clients a pre-negotiated response rate, full pre-onboarding with AgileBlue’s IR partners, and readiness planning; all completed before an incident ever occurs.
When a breach occurs, organizations lose critical time vetting a DFIR firm, negotiating rates, and routing contracts and NDAs through legal, all before containment begins. IRP completes that work in advance, giving clients an established response partner and pre-negotiated hourly rate for an annual fee. Unlike traditional retainers, clients do not pay for unused response hours; DFIR resources are activated and billed only when needed.
“When an incident happens at 2am, the only thing a team should be thinking about is the response, not who to call or what paperwork needs signed,” said Tony Pietrocola, President of AgileBlue. “IRP gives organizations confidence that the right partners, processes, and plans are already in place, allowing them to move into action when it matters most.”
The Incident Readiness Program offers three levels of support based on an organization’s preparedness needs:
Incident Readiness
Establishes a relationship with AgileBlue’s DFIR partner network and completes onboarding, contracts, NDAs and intake requirements before an incident occurs.
Incident Readiness + Tabletop
Adds a facilitated tabletop exercise that puts the organization’s response process to the test through a realistic incident scenario. The exercise helps validate escalation paths, decision-making, communication procedures and team responsibilities before they are tested during a real event.
Incident Readiness + Tabletop + Incident Response Plan
Adds a customized incident response plan developed by AgileBlue’s Strategic Advisory team. The plan is tailored to the organization’s environment, critical assets, regulatory requirements and personnel, while also helping support cyber-insurance preparedness.
Together, these options help organizations progress from simply knowing whom to call to having a documented, tested, and coordinated response capability. Whether an organization is strengthening an existing incident response program or building one from the ground up, IRP provides a practical path toward greater cyber resilience.
