AgileBlue is pleased to announce self-service setup for Microsoft 365 Security Integrations, with fully automated credential lifecycle management built in. The update gives customers direct, ticket free control over connecting their Microsoft environment to AgileBlue’s Sapphire AI platform and permanently removes one of the most common sources of connection outages: expired, unrotated credentials.
Manual credential rotation has long been a recurring friction point for M365 connected customers. Secrets lapse, connections silently break and re-establishing them has historically required a support ticket and a wait. This release replaces that entire manual, ticket driven process with a self-service flow that takes just two clicks.
With this release, customers can now:
- Connect M365 Services Directly: Office 365, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Entra ID Entity Analytics can all be connected from a new Integrations page under Management, with no support ticket required.
- Eliminate Manual Credential Rotation: Fully automated credential lifecycle management keeps connections current in the background, removing the risk of outages caused by expired secrets.
- Set Up in Two Clicks: What used to be a multi-step, support dependent process is now a guided self-service flow customers can complete on their own, in minutes.
- Migrate Existing Connections: Customers already connected to M365 the previous way can move to the new flow just as easily, closing the gap on legacy credentials that are still expiring on their original schedule.
This update turns routine integration maintenance into something customers never have to think about again. One time setup, zero ongoing maintenance and no more expiring secrets to track.
