AgileBlue is pleased to announce three new response-performance metrics coming to the homepage dashboard:
- Mean Time to Detect (MTTD)
- Mean Time to Respond (Autonomous)
- Mean Time to Respond (Analyst)
The update gives customers a real-time view of how fast threats are found and resolved and exactly how much of that resolution is being handled by Sapphire AI versus a human analyst.
Detection and response speed has always been core to AgileBlue’s value, but until this week that speed lived behind the scenes. This release puts it front and center, right by the Cyber Risk Score gauge customers already check every day, with no new widget and no added complexity.
With this release, customers will soon:
- See Detection Speed at a Glance: MTTD shows the average time to detect a threat, tracked directly on the primary dashboard.
- See Autonomous Response Speed: MTTR (Autonomous) shows how fast Sapphire AI resolves threats on its own, without analyst involvement.
- See Analyst Response Speed: MTTR (Analyst) shows how quickly the SOC team takes the appropriate action on an incident based on an organization’s defined response preferences.
- Track Trends Over Time: Each metric includes a day-over-day change indicator, so customers can see performance improving in real time.

For customers who haven’t yet turned on autonomous response, this update makes the case in their own data. Side by side, the numbers speak for themselves. Autonomous response consistently resolves threats in seconds, while analyst-driven response takes minutes.
