AgileBlue is thrilled to announce the release of two exciting enhancement to the company’s AI-powered Platform.
Tenants now have access to a bi-directional integration with Microsoft Defender for simple single-pane incident management and flexible containment options. On Thursday, August 28, customers will also begin receiving access to AgileBlue’s official Autotask integration, set up to enhance escalation workflows and ensure teams have all of the information they need faster than ever.
Bi-Directional Microsoft Defender Integration
AgileBlue’s bi-directional Microsoft Defender integration includes synchronization with our portal and your Microsoft environment, allowing customers to see incident updates on both sides as well as leverage their existing Defender service for host isolation in place of the Cerulean Agent.
This integration is designed to strengthen your security posture while keeping your team informed and in control.
- Defender incidents closed out in the AgileBlue portal will automatically be closed in your Microsoft Tenant
- On the Alert Playbook page, you can designate which system will handle host isolation in all manual or automated response workflows – Cerulean or Defender
Autotask Integration
AgileBlue’s Autotask integration is a powerful new feature designed to streamline escalation and communication workflows to simplify the day-to-day for customers who currently leverage or are interested in adding Autotask for ticketing. With this integration, case escalations and updates sync automatically between our portal and your Autotask environment – meaning changes in one instantly appear in the other. No duplicate entries. No more manual hand offs. Just faster, cleaner, and more accurate ticket management.
What this means for our customers:
- Eliminate redundant work and reduce errors
- Save time with automated, two-way updates
- Keep your team focused on what matters most
