Now supporting advanced Office365 alerts, Sapphire AI Insights offers expanded visibility into critical security and operational events within your Microsoft environment.
Previously, Sapphire AI Insights processed 75% of all alerts resulting in:
- 69.6% reduction in SOC analyst investigation time
- 47.6% reduction in decision-making and response time
With this update, Sapphire AI Insights will now process 90% of all alerts while maintaining a 98% accuracy rate. This reduces manual tasks and improves investigation, escalation, and response times significantly, empowering teams to act faster and manage risks proactively.

Sapphire AI SOC Assistant now supports a broader range of queries about your security data, providing quick, actionable insights at your fingertips.
